  • Analysis and modelling of the immune response to Nipah virus vaccination.

I am a T cell immunologist by training. I have studied the immune response to viruses, cancer and bi-specific T cell engagers in both industry and academia. Following my PhD, I transitioned from the wet lab to computational immunology, focusing on analysis of transcriptomic data and BCR/TCR sequencing. Recently I have been working on the use of language models in the context of antibodies and TCRs.

My work in the Hay group involves analysis of the immune response to Nipah virus vaccination to help identify and understand the key correlates of protection. We aim to incorporate this information into models that help inform vaccine development and strategy.
