Senior Management Committee
PSI is led by a Senior Management Committee (SMC) of senior academics and professional services leads. This Committee is responsible for strategic planning, financial and research oversight, risk management, and equality, diversity, and inclusion. The SMC meets monthly, with minutes of these meetings shared with staff and students via the Institute’s intranet.
The SMC also has oversight of functional subcommittees: Operations Committee, Research, Training and Development Committee, Communications and Engagement Committee, and Science Delivery Committee. Staff and students can raise proposals or issues with the SMC via these subcommittees.
