From 1 to 3 July 2026, the International Pandemic Sciences Conference will bring together leading scientists, policymakers, and practitioners in Singapore and online to explore how we can strengthen pandemic preparedness, resilience and equitable access to science.

Under the theme From Response to Resilience, the International Pandemic Sciences Conference 2026 will convene a diverse global community to share cutting-edge research, practical insights and forward-looking strategies to strengthen pandemic preparedness systems worldwide. 

Jointly convened by thePandemic Sciences Institute and Singapore’s Programme  for Research in Epidemic Preparedness and REsponse (PREPARE), the conference underscores the power of international collaboration in addressing shared global health challenges and building more resilient systems for the future.

The conference will feature a dynamic and interdisciplinary programme, bringing together world-leading experts across three days: 


Conference programme 

Across three days, the programme will include plenary sessions, parallel sessions and networking opportunities designed to foster cross-disciplinary dialogue. Topics will span ethics, data science and AI, vaccines and immunology, diagnostics and therapeutics, pathogen biology, and policy and governance. 

The inclusion of oral presentations, invited talks, poster sessions and flash talks presentations will provide a platform for dynamic exchange, encouraging collaboration and the sharing of new ideas.  

Early Career Delegates opportunities 

A strong focus on early-career engagement includes a pre-conference workshop, networking lunch sessions, and opportunities to connect with peers and senior experts throughout the event. 

Conference networking reception 

We are delighted to confirm that the Asian Civilisations Museum will be the stunning venue for the conference networking reception on the evening of Wednesday 1 July. In-person delegates are invited to join us for a buffet dinner, drinks and networking in the historic Empress Place Building overlooking the Singapore River. Attendance is included with your conference ticket.
