Abstract submission for the International Pandemic Sciences Conference 2023 - Making the Exceptional Routine has been extended to Friday 28 April 2023.

Researchers hoping to participate in the International Pandemic Sciences Conference are encouraged to submit an abstract before the new extended deadline of 23.59 BST Friday 28 April 2023.

Abstracts for either oral or poster presentations can be submitted via the conference website, which includes information on submission guidelines and the selection process. 

We particularly welcome submissions from those who are early in their career and abstracts should fit into one or more of the four conference topics:

  • Topic 1. Real-world interventions – Vaccines, therapeutics, diagnostics and clinical trials
  • Topic 2. Pathogen biology and new threats
  • Topic 3. Ethics, social science and policy
  • Topic 4. Epidemiology, data and analytics

About the conference

The Pandemic Sciences Institute is delighted to be hosting the inaugural International Pandemic Sciences Conference on 10-11 July 2023. 

Whether joining at Oxford Town Hall or online, representatives from academia, industry, government and civil society are encouraged to register for two days dedicated to the discovery, creation and equitable application of solutions to pandemic threats worldwide.
