Thesis: 'Demographic Perspectives on Health and Economic Inequalities in Later Life'
I am a PhD candidate in Sociology and Demography at the University of Oxford and the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research. My research uses mathematical, statistical, and computational methods to study the relationship between population dynamics and inequality. In particular, I often think about how demographic trends (e.g. rising longevity, changing household composition) are linked to individuals' general well-being and social life, which further generates macro-level inequality trends.
Research Interests: Demography, Population Health, Population Aging, Inequality, Family
