Michelle Hill

Containment Level 3 Manager

Michelle has been appointed to manage the 600 square metre containment level 3 facilities in the, currently under construction, Cyrus Poonawalla Vaccines Research Building (P2B). The building is due to be completed in April 2028. 

She has been a member of the University for 15 years, starting as a Research Assistant and Laboratory manager in the Biochemistry department conducting research into the antiviral effects of immunosugars on a range of viruses including dengue, HCV, Zika and Sars CoV 2, before moving to the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology to become the containment level 3 Facility manager and Lab manager for the James and Lillian Martin centre for Stem Cell Research.
