Sapna Ramachandran

Research Assistant

Current Research

I joined the Provine Group as a Research Assistant, where I support preclinical vaccine development and analyze a diverse set of samples using immune assays. My work focuses on studying the differential regulation of immunity induced by various vaccine technologies, including viral vectors and mRNA vaccines, as well as investigating pathways critical for regulating vaccine-induced immunity in individuals on immunosuppressive medications.

Prior to joining the Provine Group, I worked as a scientist in immunology for over two years at Charles River Laboratories. I hold a Master’s degree in Cancer Biology and Therapeutics from Cardiff University
