Helen is the Data Systems Manager for the Oxford COVID-19 Government Response Tracker (OxCGRT). She is responsible for managing and developing the programme's core products and systems behind the datasets, defining the policies reported through codebook indicators, and responding to technical queries.
Helen joined the project as a Research Assistant in March 2020. During 2020 she also worked as a consultant for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) conducting research into the COVID-19 impact and response in humanitarian settings.
Prior to her work with the OxCGRT, she gained a Master's in Public Health from the University of Edinburgh, and holds a first-class undergraduate honours degree in Geography from Keble College at the University of Oxford.
