As a Leadership Programme Manager, Dr. Luis Felipe Reyes (Felipe) brings a wealth of expertise as a distinguished Critical Care physician and a leading figure in the field of Translational Science. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin and an MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford, Felipe is internationally recognised for his contributions to pneumonia, invasive pneumococcal disease, sepsis, and antibiotic resistance.

Felipe's dedication to advancing global health is evident through his pivotal roles in key organisations. He is an integral member of the organising committee for the Global Initiative for MRSA pneumonia (GLIMP), the Latin America Intensive Care Network (LIVEN), and the RemapCAP study. Moreover, he serves as the national research lead for numerous Multinational Research Projects related to COVID-19, collaborating with esteemed institutions such as the WHO, ISARIC, and ESICM.

In his role as a Leadership Programme Manager, Felipe brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, research acumen, and international collaboration to drive impactful leadership initiatives. His extensive background in critical care medicine and translational science positions him as a strategic leader capable of navigating complex healthcare landscapes and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration for the betterment of global health outcomes.
