Abstract and bursary submissions are now open for the International Pandemic Sciences Conference 2025 – Getting Ahead of the Curve.

Researchers hoping to participate in the International Pandemic Sciences Conference 2025 are encouraged to submit an abstract before the deadline of 23:59 GMT on Friday 21 February.

Hosted by PSI, this year’s conference will bring together leading experts, policymakers, industry representatives, and civil society actors for two days of presentations, discussions and networking on 30 June – 1 July 2025 in Oxford and online.

This year’s theme, Getting Ahead of the Curve, will focus on global collaboration to better predict, identify and control epidemic and pandemic threats.

PSI Investigator and member of the conference committee Professor Christophe Fraser emphasised the value of presenting at the conference: "The International Pandemic Sciences Conference 2025 provides an excellent opportunity to present your research to leading pandemic sciences experts from around the world.

"We welcome submissions from delegates across disciplines and sectors within our six conference topics. Whether you’re a researcher, policymaker, or practitioner, this is your chance to share your research, exchange ideas, and form new partnerships that will drive forward innovations to improve how we respond to outbreaks and epidemics."
